Why should you get to know Blueskies_211? I believe my friends would say that I'm kind and loyal. I have an interesting, happy life but hope it could be better yet with the right person.
I like the theatre, photography, dancing, walking, reading, Radio 4, animals and recently began painting but it is proving difficult! I'm not a particularly sporty type though I play golf and badminton occasionally, love walking under a big sky and go to the gym regularly.
I work full-time and enjoy my job as an editor/administrator, have grownup children who are both married and I live with my cat. One day, when I'm retired, I hope to have a dog again as I miss going for long walks with one, whatever the weather. I lived abroad for quite a number of years in Africa, Middle East and SE Asia and experiencing other cultures and lifestyles was a marvellous experience, and one that I miss sometimes - like now, when it is cold and dark. I like city breaks and sightseeing, both here and abroad, and like relaxing holidays too.
